Benin's entrepreneurial ecosystem is taking shape: support organisations are multiplying, but their teams remain under-equipped and entrepreneurs struggle to see what is on offer. The assignment set out to build the capacity of those organisations' leaders, so that the ecosystem would hold through its middleground.
