Kasaï Oriental faces acute socio-economic fragility, with unemployment close to 40%. An ecosystem only holds if its intermediaries are equipped: rather than providing the support alone, Ovation strengthened the middle layer — Incubakor's local coaches — so that they would carry the work themselves, for the long term.
