Lasting structuring of Guinea's entrepreneurship support organisations, in consortium with Fanaka & Co: shared diagnostic, tailored capacity plans, around a hundred professionalised coaches and a national network dynamic.

Guinea has a fast-growing but still loosely structured entrepreneurial ecosystem: many support organisations lack methods, resources and recognition. The project consolidates the foundations — structuring the organisations, building coaches' skills, and networking them nationally.
