What we delivered.

  1. 01Company immersion: 60 selected young talents (50% women), MoUs with host companies and hybrid supervision through the Ovation Helpdesk
  2. 02Co-creation hackathon: 3 days of design thinking and the 11Rs of circularity, turning real challenges into tangible solutions
  3. 03Incubation of 30 projects: business model canvas, circular economy tools, OKRs and close coaching by 5 local coaches
  4. 04Demo Day in month 5 to connect projects with funders — and skills transfer to local players from the outset
